We wanted to add a few more solar panels and we were referred to Brett Davis at Lightwave Electric and Solar.  Brett was responsive, knowledgeable and gave us a great price for doing the work.  Within a week we finalized a contract and the work was completed and running properly!  My husband is a retired electrician so he was watching the work and is very impressed with Brett and his crew.

We appreciate that Brett Davis was very thorough and very professional from first contact to completion of the project.  We are so impressed that we have referred Lightwave Electric and Solar to our neighbors to do their project.

I can't say enough good things about Brett and his team at Lightwave Electric & Solar. I recently did a major remodel on my home that involved adding on an additional unit, upgrading and adding an electrical panel, and installing solar panels. It was a huge project that required rewiring my entire house.

From the very first consultation, Brett listened and created the electrical plan from the architects plans. He provided expert advice and took the time to explain different options when I had questions. Once hired, Brett and his crew were nothing but professionals. They showed up and worked efficiently. 

Brett kept me updated on the project's progress and made sure I understood what was happening each step of the way. His attention to detail was amazing - he labeled every wire and left the new electrical boxes tidy and organized, I've never seen such a clean electrical panel. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously when finished each day. 

Brett ensured that not only is my house wired effectively, he also ensured it is user friendly, he advised adding extra outlets in areas that I anticipate having Christmas decorations and put in electrical boxes in areas I anticipate installing Tv's. In addition, he advised me through adding reading lights in my bedroom (in photos) which I LOVE. He's technical but also understands how we as consumers use our electrical once a house is complete and was so thorough in recommending the little things that make my house accessible.

Lightwave came out throughout the entire remodel from wiring while the walls were open to while we were in the final stages to ensure the work was all clean and unaffected by other trades. He is METICULOUS which is all you can ask for in an electrician. 

In the end, the rewiring job was flawless. Everything functions perfectly thanks to Brett's skilled hands. The new panel and solar system work seamlessly. I now have peace of mind knowing my home's electrical system is safe, efficient and lower SDG&E cost thanks to his solar install.

Had these guys come out and add more solar to our roof as we had way less than what was really needed. They were responsive and got the job done at a great price! Justin is a pleasure to work with. They also upgraded our 30yo electric panel in the process! Can't wait to see the results on our electric bill!
